Exam Overview and Selection Process

The selection process for the Bihar SHS ANM involves a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Document Verification and a final Medical Examination. The written test will consist of 60 questions from concerned nursing subjects, carrying a total of 60 marks with a duration of 120 minutes. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks to move to the merit list phase. The salary for the selected candidates is fixed at ₹15,000 per month along with other government-admissible allowances.

It is mandatory to carry a printed color copy of the admit card along with a valid original photo ID (such as an Aadhar Card or Voter ID) to the examination center.
