Recruitment Overview

The selection process is rigorous, involving an online computer-based test (Stage I), followed by Physical Fitness Tests (PFT), written examinations, and medical evaluations in Stage II. For the SSR post, candidates must have qualified 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics. For the MR post, which includes roles like Chef, Steward, and Hygienist, a Class 10 pass certificate is mandatory. Candidates are advised to carry a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam center. Salary and Benefits

As part of the Agniveer scheme, selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly package starting at ₹30,000 in the first year, rising to ₹40,000 by the fourth year. Additionally, upon completion of the four-year tenure, the Seva Nidhi Package provides a substantial financial corpus, along with a skill gain certificate and an opportunity for 25% of the batch to be enrolled in the regular cadre of the Indian Navy.
