RRB Group D Result 2026 - Overview

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) are all set to announce the results for the Group D (Level 1) Recruitment 2024 (CEN 08/2024). This recruitment drive aims to fill a massive 32,438 vacancies across various departments including Pointsman, Track Maintainer Grade IV, and various Assistant positions in Level 1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The Computer Based Test (CBT) was conducted in multiple phases from November 27, 2025, to February 10, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the exam are eagerly waiting for the merit list to proceed to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Eligibility and Selection Process

To be eligible for these roles, candidates were required to have completed Class 10 (High School) or hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from NCVT. The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance in the CBT, subject to qualifying the PET. Once the direct link is activated, candidates should visit their respective regional RRB portals. The result will be available in a PDF format containing the roll numbers of shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted individuals will receive further instructions regarding the PET schedule and venue. It is recommended to keep a printout of the score card for future reference during the document verification stage.
