The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has officially released the written examination admit card for the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) under the 2021 recruitment cycle. Candidates who have successfully qualified in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) conducted earlier this year are now eligible to appear for the written test scheduled on July 7, 2026. This recruitment process, which began in July 2021, seeks to fill 115 vacancies in the Ministerial cadre.

SSB HC (Min) Selection Process and Requirements

The selection for SSB HC Ministerial involves multiple stages: Physical tests, a Written Examination, a Typing Skill Test, Document Verification, and a Medical Exam. The written exam is a significant phase where candidates will be tested on their General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, and Language proficiency (English or Hindi). It is mandatory for candidates to score the minimum qualifying marks to proceed to the skill test, where a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi is required.

To download the admit card, aspirants must use their Registration Number or Enrollment Number along with their Date of Birth on the official SSB recruitment portal.

• Carry a clear printed copy of the Admit Card to the exam center.
• Bring an original valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or PAN Card).
• Verify the reporting time and exam center address mentioned on the hall ticket.
