The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the crucial Exam Slot Selection process for the Sub Inspector (SI) in CPO Examination 2025. This notification, originally released on 26th September 2025, details the recruitment for a significant 3073 Sub Inspector posts across various forces. Candidates who successfully applied for the SSC CPO SI Bharti 2025 are now required to book their preferred exam slots.

The online self-slot booking window commenced on 17th November 2025 and will close on 21st November 2025 (11:00 PM). It is imperative for all eligible applicants to complete this process via the official website, ssc.gov.in, to ensure their participation in the upcoming examination. The main application period for this recruitment drive ran from 26th September 2025 to 16th October 2025, with fee payments accepted until 17th October 2025.

To be eligible for these Sub Inspector positions, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University/Institution in India. A specific requirement for male candidates applying for Sub Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police is a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) as of the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests. The age limit for applicants is set between 20 and 25 years as on 01st August 2025.

Application fees for the General, OBC, and EWS categories were ₹100/-, while SC, ST, and Female candidates were exempted from any fee payment. The examination is scheduled to take place from 09th to 12th December 2025.
