UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam 2026 Admit Card Released

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the e-Admit Card for the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2026. Candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment process can now download their hall tickets from the official portals at upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in. The admit card was made available on May 15, 2026, ahead of the scheduled examination date.

The UPSC Prelims 2026 is slated to take place on May 24, 2026 (Sunday). This prestigious examination aims to fill approximately 933 vacancies across various administrative services including IAS, IPS, and IFS. The exam will be conducted in an offline, pen-and-paper mode across numerous centers nationwide. It is mandatory for every candidate to carry a physical printout of the admit card along with a valid original photo ID proof to the examination hall.

• Navigate to the 'What's New' or 'Admit Card' section.
• Select the link for 'e-Admit Card: Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2026'.
• Log in using your Registration ID or Roll Number and Date of Birth.
• Submit the details and download the PDF.

Candidates are advised to check all details like name, photograph, and exam center address carefully. In case of any discrepancy, contact the UPSC facilitation counter immediately. Ensure you reach the venue at least 60 minutes before the commencement of the exam as entry gates close strictly 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
