Thank you for choosing AkPrintHub. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email or phone.

  • If the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned (see Return Policy).
  • Note: Customized or personalized printing items cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.

2 Refund Policy

We offer a refund guarantee if the product received is defective or significantly different from the description.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.

3 Processing of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
