Bihar B.Ed CET 2026 Admission Overview

The Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) has officially released the admit cards for the Bihar Combined Entrance Test for B.Ed (CET-BED) 2026. This state-level entrance examination is the mandatory gateway for students seeking admission into the 2-Year B.Ed and Shiksha Shastri programs across all government and private constituent colleges in Bihar. Candidates who completed their registration between April 27 and May 18, 2026, are eligible to download their hall tickets starting June 1, 2026.

The entrance test is scheduled for June 7, 2026, and will be conducted in a single shift. The exam aims to fill seats in prestigious institutions such as Patna University, Magadh University, and LNMU Darbhanga. The test consists of 120 objective-type questions designed to evaluate the candidate's proficiency in languages, logical reasoning, general awareness, and teaching aptitude. To secure a seat, candidates must clear the minimum qualifying cutoff in the entrance test and participate in the subsequent centralized counseling process. It is essential for every candidate to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof to the designated examination center. Discrepancies in the admit card should be reported to the nodal university immediately to ensure a smooth examination experience.
