The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has officially announced the release of the final marks and scorecards for the Range Officer of Forest Recruitment 2025 (Advt No. 02/2025). This marks the conclusion of a significant recruitment cycle aimed at filling 24 specialized positions within the Bihar Forest Department. Candidates who participated in the various selection phases, including the written examination, interview, and physical efficiency test, can now verify their performance through the official BPSSC portal.

Recruitment Overview

The recruitment process began with the application window in May 2025, attracting numerous science and engineering graduates. The selection process was designed to test both the intellectual and physical capabilities of the aspirants. To qualify for the Range Officer post, candidates needed a Bachelor's degree in specific subjects such as Animal Husbandry, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.

Physical Standards and Results

A crucial part of the selection was the physical eligibility test, which required male candidates to complete a 25 km walk within 4 hours and female candidates to cover 14 km in the same duration. Following the declaration of the final results in February 2026, the commission has now made the individual scorecards available as of May 6, 2026.
