The Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU), Muzaffarpur, has officially published the 1st Merit List for Undergraduate (UG) admissions for the academic session 2026-2030. This admission process is for the four-year degree program implemented under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). Students who have applied for Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) can now verify their selection status on the official UMIS portal.

Process for Admission

Candidates whose names appear in the first merit list must download their College Allotment Letter by logging into the portal with their User ID and Password. It is mandatory to visit the allotted college within the prescribed dates to complete document verification and pay the admission fee. If a candidate fails to take admission in the first round, their seat may be forfeited.

For those who did not make it to the first list, the university will release the 2nd and 3rd merit lists subsequently, depending on the remaining vacancies in various colleges and departments.
