DRDO CEPTAM 11 Recruitment 2025-26 Overview

The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has officially initiated the next phase of the CEPTAM 11 recruitment process. This recruitment drive is a significant opportunity for technical aspirants, offering a total of 764 vacancies across two major cadres: Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) and Technician-A (Tech-A). The Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to be conducted on March 23, 2026, across various centers nationwide.

Eligibility and Selection Process

The recruitment targets specialized talent. For the STA-B posts, candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc) or a Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch. For the Tech-A posts, the requirement is 10th grade along with an ITI certificate in the specified trade. The selection process for STA-B consists of Tier-I (Screening) and Tier-II (Final Selection), whereas Tech-A candidates undergo Tier-I (CBT) followed by a Trade Test. It is mandatory for candidates to appear in the examination to be eligible for the fee refund policy announced by DRDO for specific categories.
