Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a prestigious Schedule-A Miniratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Mines, has officially released the notification for Executive Recruitment 2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill 70 vacancies for various high-level positions, including Deputy Manager (E2), Manager (E3), and Senior Manager (E4) across multiple technical and administrative disciplines. Professionals with degrees in Engineering, Geology, Medicine, Finance (CA/CMA), and Management are encouraged to apply.

HCL Executive Vacancy Overview

The recruitment covers 15 distinct disciplines such as Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, HR, and Finance. The selected candidates will be placed in the IDA pay scale, with entry-level CTC ranging from approximately Rs. 16.85 Lakhs to Rs. 24.64 Lakhs per annum depending on the grade and discipline. Eligibility and Selection

Applicants must be Indian Nationals aged 18 or above as of the reckoning date, May 1, 2026. The selection process is focused on a Personal Interview (PI), which carries 100% weightage. However, if the number of applications is high, HCL reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on their post-qualification experience and additional higher qualifications. Candidates from private sector organizations must ensure their employer has a minimum turnover of Rs. 250 Crores.

Candidates belonging to General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempt from fee payment.
