The Indian Air Force (IAF) has officially released the result for the Airmen Group Y Medical Assistant Intake 01/2027 Batch. Candidates who participated in the online examination conducted on March 30th and 31st, 2026, can now check their qualifying status. This recruitment drive aims to fill 162 vacancies within the Medical Assistant trade, targeting both 10+2 (PCB) graduates and Diploma/B.Sc Pharmacy holders. IAF Medical Assistant Selection Process

The selection for the 01/2027 batch involves a multi-stage process. Candidates first cleared the online written test which covered English and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA). Successful candidates in this phase will now be called for Phase II, which includes the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Tests, and Document Verification. It is mandatory for candidates to maintain their physical standards as per the IAF guidelines to proceed further in the recruitment cycle.
