The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has officially released the Mains Result for its highly anticipated Grade A (Assistant Manager) and Grade B (Manager) Recruitment 2025. Candidates who participated in the Phase 2 written examination, which was conducted on October 04, 2025, can now access their scorecards and view their performance. This significant recruitment drive was initiated to fill a total of 76 prestigious positions across various streams, including General, Legal, and Information Technology.

The application window for these sought-after roles opened on July 14, 2025, and concluded on August 18, 2025, attracting a large number of qualified individuals. The rigorous selection process encompassed multiple stages, beginning with a Prelims examination held on September 06, 2025, followed by the Mains examination. Aspirants who have successfully cleared the Mains phase will now proceed to the subsequent stages, which include a Psychometric Test, a comprehensive Interview, and finally, the preparation of a merit list.

Eligibility criteria for the Assistant Manager (Grade A) post required candidates to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks, or a professional qualification such as CS, CA, MBA, or PGDM from a recognized university, alongside relevant experience. For Manager (Grade B) positions, candidates needed a Bachelor's Degree in any stream with at least 60% marks, or CS, CA, MBA, or PGDM, coupled with five years of relevant experience. Specific qualifications were mandated for Legal (LLB with 5 years legal experience) and IT (B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or MCA with 5 years relevant experience) streams.

The age limits, calculated as of August 11, 2025, stipulated a minimum age of 21 years for Grade A and 25 years for Grade B, with maximum ages set at 30 and 33 years respectively. The application fees were ₹1100/- for General, OBC, and EWS categories, while SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates benefited from a reduced fee of ₹175/-.
