The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the Answer Key for the Central Police Organization (CPO) Sub Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2025. This crucial update, concerning the examination for SI in Delhi Police, CAPFs & ASI in CISF, was published on December 24, 2025. Candidates who participated in the written examination, conducted between December 09 and December 12, 2025, can now access their answer keys and question papers.

A total of 3073 vacancies are to be filled through this recruitment drive. The online application process for these positions commenced on September 26, 2025, and concluded on October 16, 2025, with the fee payment last date being October 17, 2025. Aspirants can download their respective answer keys from the official website, ssc.gov.in, by providing their Application Number and Date of Birth. It is also important to note that the deadline to raise objections against the answer key is December 27, 2025, by 06:00 PM.

Eligibility and Age Criteria:

To be eligible for the SSC CPO SI posts, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream or an equivalent qualification from any recognized board/university/institution in India. Furthermore, male candidates applying for Sub Inspector (Executive) roles are required to possess a Valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) as of the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests. The age limit for applicants was set with a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 25 years, calculated as on July 01, 2025.

Selection Process:

The selection for SSC CPO SI 2025 is a multi-stage process designed to identify the most suitable candidates. It comprises the following phases:

Salary Structure:

Selected candidates for the SSC CPO SI posts will receive an attractive salary package. The Initial Fixed Pay ranges from ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400/- Per Month, corresponding to Pay Level 6. In addition to the basic pay, various allowances such as House Rent Allowance (HRA), Dearness Allowance (DA), Travel Allowance (TA), and other admissible allowances will be provided.
