The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the admit cards for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2025-26. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 8021 vacancies, with 6810 posts dedicated to MTS and 1211 posts for Havaldar. Candidates who successfully registered between June and July 2025 can now access their exam city details and download their hall tickets from the new official website at ssc.gov.in.

Exam Schedule and Details

The computer-based examination is scheduled to commence on 04 February 2026. The commission had previously released the city intimation slips on 30 January 2026 to help candidates plan their travel. The hall ticket is a mandatory document that contains the candidate's roll number, exam center address, shift timings, and reporting instructions. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid original photo ID proof (such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID) to the examination center.

Selection Process

The selection process involves a Computer-Based Examination (CBT) consisting of two sessions. Session I tests Numerical and Mathematical Ability along with Reasoning, while Session II focuses on General Awareness and English Language. For those applying to the Havaldar post, a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will follow the written exam. Final selection will be based on the performance in Session II of the CBT, subject to qualifying Session I and physical tests where applicable.
