Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. All eight PDF and photo tools are free and available without signing in. An account lets you see the reference numbers for support requests submitted while logged in.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The tools in this website process your selected images and PDFs in your browser. Account details and support messages are sent to our server, but tool files are not. Close the tab or clear the tool after use on a shared computer.
Which files and sizes can I use?
Image tools accept JPG, PNG and WebP. PDF tools accept ordinary, unlocked PDF files. Each file can be up to 20 MB. Multi-file tools accept up to 20 files and 60 MB in total. Very large images are limited to 40 megapixels to protect browser memory.
Why does my image not reach the exact KB limit?
JPEG quality is not the same as a target file size. The result depends on image detail, dimensions and format. Lower the quality, check the actual size, and reduce pixel dimensions with Resize image if necessary. A PNG-to-JPG conversion may also help, but removes transparency.
Why is my photo sheet printing at the wrong size?
Set paper to A4 and choose 100% or Actual size in the print dialog. Turn off Fit to page, Shrink and borderless expansion. Measure a sample print with a ruler. Always follow the receiving organisation’s required dimensions and photo rules.
Can these tools create or verify official documents?
No. AkPrintHub is an independent file-preparation toolkit. It does not issue, authenticate or verify identity cards, certificates or government documents. Use the relevant official website for applications and verification.
Why will a PDF not open?
Check that it is an actual PDF, within the file limits and not password-protected. Some scanned, damaged or encrypted files cannot be read. Open the original in a trusted PDF reader to check it before trying again.
How do I download the result?
After processing, use the Download button inside the result box. Your browser may ask where to save the file. Check your Downloads folder. If the browser blocks the download, use its normal permission controls. Nothing is saved automatically to your account.
How do I reset my password?
Open Forgot password and enter your email address, the private recovery code shown after registration and a new password. A successful reset replaces the code and signs out older sessions. Keep the new code safely. We do not send password-reset emails in this version.
Can I contact you without an account?
Yes. Use the Contact page. A successful submission shows a reference number. If you want the request reference to appear in your account, sign in before submitting. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or identity documents.
