Files used in the tools
The PDF and image tools provided on this website read your selected files in your browser. They do not upload the original files or generated results to our server. Passport crop choices, image-conversion previews and live compression estimates are calculated locally in the browser. Temporary in-memory copies and result links are released when you clear the tool or leave the page. A file that you download remains on your device until you remove it.
Account information
If you register, we store your name, email address, a password hash, a recovery-code hash and the time the account was created. Plain-text passwords and recovery codes are not stored in the account database. A private recovery code is shown once after registration or a successful reset. We do not verify email ownership automatically or send password-reset emails in this version.
Support requests
The contact form stores your name, email address, selected topic, message, reference number and submission time. If you are signed in, the request is associated with your account. We use these details to handle your request and follow up where necessary. Do not include passwords, private recovery codes, payment details or identity-document scans in your message.
Cookies and technical records
Account and contact pages use a necessary session cookie to keep forms secure and maintain sign-in. It has HttpOnly and SameSite protections, and is marked Secure on HTTPS. Sessions time out after two hours of inactivity; the session identifier is renewed periodically. Rate-limiting records contain a one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address and action, plus a timestamp; these records are cleaned up after 24 hours during later form activity. The hosting provider may keep standard access or error logs, including IP addresses.
Analytics and advertising
This version does not load analytics, advertising scripts or third-party tracking cookies. If advertising is enabled later, this policy and the Cookies & advertising page must be updated to describe the actual providers and choices. Necessary session cookies do not provide advertising consent.
Storage and retention
Account information is kept while an account remains active unless deletion is requested and completed. Support messages are kept until the operator resolves and removes them; there is no automatic message-deletion schedule in this version. Hosting logs and backups follow the operator’s hosting configuration. A deletion from the active database may take additional time to disappear from routine backups.
Your choices
You can use the tools without registering. You can request access, correction or deletion of account and support data through Data deletion or Contact us, selecting “Privacy request”. We may ask for reasonable evidence of account ownership before acting. We cannot retrieve a file that was only processed inside your browser.
Security and changes
We use password hashing, server-side form validation and request protections. No online system can promise absolute security. Use a unique password and keep your recovery code private. This page should be reviewed when the website’s actual data practices change; the update date records the current published version.
