ABOUT AKPRINTHUB

Terms of Use

Conditions for using AkPrintHub tools and optional account services.

Using the service

Use AkPrintHub to process files that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the content you select, the permissions needed to process it and the way you use or share the result. Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful alteration of documents, copyright infringement or abusive activity.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate account details and keep your password and recovery code secure. Do not share an account on a public or shared computer. An email address is used as an account identifier; registration does not verify ownership of that email address. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Password recovery requires the recovery code or another verifiable support process; recovery cannot be guaranteed.

Check your output

Files may lose metadata, interactive features, bookmarks, signatures or image quality when converted or edited. Keep the original and inspect the result before sending or printing it. You remain responsible for checking an application’s current dimensions, file-size limits and document requirements.

Availability and limits

The current tools are free and do not require a subscription. File, page and processing limits are shown in each tool. The service may be updated, interrupted or withdrawn. Support does not include a guaranteed response time. We do not promise acceptance by an institution, search engine visibility or a particular outcome from using a processed file.

Independent service

AkPrintHub is not a government authority and does not issue or verify official documents. Descriptions of common file-preparation tasks do not imply affiliation with another organisation. External resources are subject to their own terms.

Questions and updates

These terms describe the current service and may be updated when the service changes. Contact us through the support form if a term or tool is unclear. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
